Removing Completed Puzzles #140

It would be useful to be able to remove completed puzzles.  It would also be 
useful to be able to delete downloaded puzzles, since I have somehow managed to 
get some downloaded twice.

You can delete any puzzle or folder with puzzles by long-pressing it and 
selecting Delete from the context menu.
