Re-enable HTTP/2 server #444

HTTP/2 support, which has been dropped since #377 for some reason, now becomes available.

It turns out that this problem was caused by LLVM 17.0.0 (https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/commit/443c3161dd04f4c1b656a626f9079921bee9c326) and fixed by LLVM 17.0.5 (https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/commit/dd430bc8c22f57992ec1457a87437d14283fdd65).
