relative hyperlinks to local PDF files do not work #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the attached hyperlink bug.zip file (I had these on an SD card which my 
tablet sees as an "external SD card").
2. navigate to the "Parent" directory and open "test parent document.pdf" (APV 
didn't let me see the external SD card so I used the Astro file browser to do 
this navigation and to open the file using APV)
3. Click on any of the hyperlinks in the PDF. They fail to open. There is no 
error message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The linked PDF file should open in the same PDF reader. Instead there was no 
response to clicking on a link.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APV version 0.3.0 on Android Honeycomb (Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet)

Please provide any additional information below.
These PDF files were produced by Adobe PDFMaker in Microsoft Word 2003.

Look in "Parent\Child 1\test child 1 document.pdf" for a detailed report on the 
structure of one of the hyperlinks in the file.

There doesn't seem to be *any* Android PDF reader which supports these 
hyperlinks. Please be the first to do so. This will allow support of massively 
hyperlinked PDF document collections.

I just reproduced this defect with version 0.9 of mupdf on Windows, so I'm 
pretty sure that at least part of the problem is in the mupdf engine. I have 
submitted the bug to bugzilla for mupdf as #692592. I hope that you will pick 
up their fix if and when they address the problem.

APV doesn't support any hyperlinks.

Direct link to mentioned MuPDF bug report: 
http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=692592

The response is that MuPDF exposes API to communicate back link info to the 
container app, so it's up to it to implement it.
