i'm not able to do the text chat(IM). it has been enable on the my server. 
please let me know  it has been  implemented or not.

By "chat", do you mean Pager Mode IM or MSRP?

MSRP chat is supported in IMSDroid v2.x 
(http://code.google.com/p/imsdroid/source/browse/branches/2.0/android-ngn-stack/
src/org/doubango/ngn/sip/NgnMsrpSession.java) but there is no UI for the test 
(in dev.).

svn checkout http://imsdroid.googlecode.com/svn
the source code is under branches/2.0/android-ngn-stack

on my server there is IM support is present but still i'm not able to send the 
IM
so please help me. i have downloaded the IMSDroid 2.x
