junit.xml file is ignoring jest-junit `classNameTemplate` setting from `package.json` #60

Artifact from the v0.2.0 build shows now file names and an incorrect classname attribute template.

With #69 done, I have proof that jest-junit is receiving and using these settings. It's just not respecting my classNameTemplate setting properly.
