SURPI! Dockered: a first attempt

Nice work!

I have been wanting to do something like this for ages and look at viral/metagenome load in human NGS samples and their associations with disease.

I haven't tested this yet - just built it - but here is Dockerfile for SURPI that you could provide or adapt or ignore...
