Added 2.1 and 2.2 characters, weapons, domains, bosses, and materials
- Note that Aloy was not added to a region since she's considered an Outlander
Updated character images for Kazuha, Sayu, and Yoimiya to be consistent with others
Updated character image for Eula to remove a watermark

Closes #99
