It's probably safe to merge ahead of release since the leaks tend to always be correct, but if you'd prefer to wait I can double-check things once there's official confirmation (or 2.7 is released).
Kuki Shinobu will be released in the second half of 2.7 so her materials wouldn't be officially confirmed for a little while still. Generally upcoming characters don't get changes this close to release though, so I didn't bother to flag her as leaked to avoid us needing to make a change in a few weeks to remove it.
