Update the database for 2.0 and other major website improvements #94

Upgraded all dependencies to latest versions.
Added 2.0 Inazuma characters, weapons and artifacts.
Added normal boss drops and character ascension materials to the database.
Added more character backgrounds.
Improved many more parts of the website UI.
Improved search performance in Customize page.
Implemented a new algorithm to select most efficient domain runs.

I should have separated this PR in smaller chunks but I couldn't be bothered.
