通过引入 html-react-parser 二次解析解决

另外调试时发现：在 Markdown 中使用跨层级引用（如 h3 套 h5）会直接炸掉 Hexo 自带的 tocHelper，相应地会导致这里的目录生成方式出错，这个问题在向上游贡献前暂时无解。
