Fix tidy function to return baseline dist parameters #103

Don't think the CI failures are related to this PR.

I noticed that there was an issue with tidy.flexsurvreg whereby tidy(model, pars = 'baseline') didn't actually work and returned everything, not just the baseline distribution parameters, as indicated.
