I'm not sure why that's happening but some things I might try to isolate the problem would be attempting to edit the page from a different browser, computer or network.
You can also file a Github support request.
I'm wondering if it has to do with your account being flagged. Did they give you any instructions on how to unflag your account?
why do i get a 404 page when i try to edit the hw page?
