兼容passive #54

passive既然在高版本浏览器支持，那么可以利用好这特性，在支持的地方设置它为true，让页面更流畅。

passive设为true后，浏览器默认事件没禁止，在微信这类浏览器会拖出“由xxx网页提供支持”的内容，所以还是默认为false好
