cd-hit-para cannot find host when option --L is specified #13

command:
cd-hit-para.pl -i ~/data-folder/data-file.fasta -o ~/data-folder/data-file_NR 
-r 1 -d 0 -c 1.0 -n 10 --L 10 --S 64 --R --P cd-hit-est

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the program to start clustering on local computer (using 10 out of 12 
available CPUs).
Instead I get an error message "no host at ./cd-hit-para.pl line 97"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CD-HITv4.6.1 on Linux Mint 14, 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

On Unix server with the following command: 
cd-hit-para.pl -i /home/sre/projects/Lizard/Blast/fasta/Ari_trimmed.fasta -i2 
/home/sre/projects/Lizard/Blast/fasta/Ino_trimmed.fasta -o ino_v_ari_cdhit -c 
0.6 -n 4 --P cd-hit-est-2d
