Double form submission prevention? #46

Original issue MVC_SPEC-46 created by Santiago Pericas-Geertsen:

Should there be a mechanism to prevent forms to be accidentally submitted multiple times? Could a mechanism similar to that for CSRF be employed here? Or is it sufficient to rely on client (JS) solutions?
