[docs] Add docs for mutations and inline fragments. #68

This PR adds docs and examples for mutations/inline fragments and adds a link to the gitbook docs to the README.md.

Whoops! Sorry for the delay, I was on vacation when you submitted this PR and when I got back I had forgotten about it.
