switch between peratom/perframe projection on ABCD&ASAP tab #22

I would add a dropdown/radio button to switch between the two and perform the projection & plotting accordingly

But can this be done without restarting the viewer from the terminal?

the code to do it is there, now it is just not exposed

OR we can construct both (peratom&per frame) dataframes and store them, have the switch on the visualiser side, where we can then look at either. This would need more software engineering, so I would postpone this to a later date
