Add one more click/tap to progress from graph page #24

Currently hovering (or single tap on mobile) penguin node for 5ish seconds progresses to next page. Maybe more calming if the first hover/tap caused the graph to indefinitely sleep (and show the expanded penguin node), and then clicking the penguin node initiates the transition.

Knowing a click is required after the node expands is not entirely intuitive, because while it behaves sort of like a button, it doesn’t really look like a button. It might be interpreted as “oh neat it moved, cool”… and never will they know there’s an entire site one click away. So close, yet so far.
