Write log to file #78

By default the log of chloroExtractor is written to STDOUT (or STDERR?) but not to a file. As a folder with output files is created anyway it would be convenient to write a copy of the log messages to a file in this folder (e.g. ptx.log).

Logging is directed to STDERR. Nevertheless, I would suggest a logfile named according to the project folder (ptx if not specified) with the suffix .log. That file will be generated per default and is stored inside the project folder.
