We discussed, that we will have two sources for variances, assembler intern and the biological variance. I just want see, how much variance do we have. So @PfaffS should compare the programs with each other and multiple pipeline runs with itself.

Maybe we need to increase the 10x to 100x or even 1000x

However, we need to avoid taking a SNP as real if it may is an artefact of the pipeline
