Notes:

We want to have working docker containers for org.asm, fast-plast, chloroExtractor, novoplasty, getOrganelle, and IOGA until Friday.
They should be tested with example data on our grid and singularity 2.4.2
Goal: run all six containers on arabidopsis and simulated data over the weekend

We start by building containers.
