Toggle SMS conversation-mode #91

It would be nice to enable a "conversation" mode, so that texting with a 
specific person would be just like sitting in Google Talk with them.

Something like this:

SMS from Bob: Do you like turtles?
reply: I love them!

- could be something like this instead -

SMS from Bob: Do you like turtles?
Conversation:Bob (toggles conversation mode on with Bob)
I love them!

Conversation mode would be handy when writing with one person only.
If the user wrote something like a command, e.g. "ring" or "contact:***" the 
application would disable conversation mode.
