Two more changes:

Re-enables building the ARM mac target just to make sure that it doesn't break without us knowing
Includes the man page, README, and completions in the pre-built releases

Isn't this illegal? Or it will be disabled just before 1.0

I don't really know the implications of this :)

If you're talking about the arm mac build it's totally legal. We can build for the arm mac target on an x64 mac, we just can't use cross to run tests for it
