Firefox Quantum 58.0.2 (64). Clear Win 10 1703 64.
Ones apply some styles such as bold, italic, etc. the UI did not respond on the other action buttons. No alighnment, no remove formatting or something else. Just nothing happens.
Tested with Opera 51.0.2830.34 - ok.
Tested with Chrome 64.0.3282.186 - ok.
Android 7.1.2 Chrome 63.0.3239.111 - ok.
