Masterkeys Pro S iso/eu mapping missing #30

I have an UK version of the Masterkeys Pro S White. Notice the mapping is missing so I'll add a PR for it.

I think this is right, and mostly works with the cmmk-test tool, but I can't find a value for the scroll-lock key, and cap-lock won't seem to light up.

@RaydRaider Are you able to clone my fork and check if the branch ( https://github.com/delibes/libcmmk/tree/issue-30 ) tests successfully for your keyboard?
