Converted the template-based WiFi GUI example to more modern AJAX style. Also improved the CSS to be responsive for small screens.
This also requires update to submodule libesphttpd (see my PR https://github.com/chmorgan/libesphttpd/pull/100 branch cgiwifi_ajax) for API changes.
