Tune the memory settings on the demo server to the minimal, to provide optimal 
environment for the PROD.

Since this is a trail and error process. Here's the first iteration of settings

xms = 128m
xmx = 256m
MaxPerm size= 256m

Will monitor the performance on demo, to see if there are no OOM exceptions for 
few days, and will close this issue.
