[JOSS] Consider having automated tests #133

I haven't found any automated tests (PHPUnit, Codeception, Behat, ...) or CI (Travis, Github Actions). While not strictly neccessary, they offer an assurance that things are working as expected, make it harder for new developers to break stuff and also serve as a form of documentation. Have you considered adding them?

We haven't found a real need for them in the past, especially considering we have such a small number of carefully curated and experienced Omeka developers who tend to contribute to our repositories, but we'll definitely keep that in mind for a future date if that changes.
