Overall size of logo and browse page headers #13

They feel very large, especially on a phone. Can those be reduced in size?

I just pushed a condensed version of the header for mobile resolutions. The window should also scroll immediately to the page heading on phones and tablets—you can scroll up to see the logo and access search and global navigation. Could everyone check it out and let me know how you feel?

(I'm still playing with the desktop version of the header, so those should still look the same.)
