Moving pagination to bottom of browse pages #15

Can we move the page number nav to the bottom of the pages?

At the moment, there should be pagination at both the top and bottom of browse pages. (If I'm missing pagination at the bottom, let me know.) I don't want to remove the pagination from the top of browse pages because I want users to be able to quickly go through pages of sections for which they're returning users. Mobile browsers allow you to double tap to the top of the screen to quickly return to the top of the page—pagination is thus easily accessible that way, whereas the only way to get to the bottom pagination on a long page is to scroll down with multiple gestures.
