People background image change #31

@kimisgold have you had a chance to try other background images for People block on homepage?

I'm testing out Marian Anderson on the homepage, and also increasing the height of the navigation for the desktop (so the images aren't cropped quite as tightly). How does it look?

I like it, and it has more than one person, truly showing “people.”
