No text alternative/alt tag for Featured Project images #80

Ensure that all non-decorative background images have a text alternative description somewhere on the page. These images or their container/frame may contain a CSS background-image.

For scaling purposes, the logos/preview images for the projects are set as background images for a fixed size anchor element. I've set those anchors to role="presentation" and provided the project titles as content text.
