remove old footer from 500 error page #100

Remove the old / placeholder footer: "This project was made possible with support from a whole lotta peeps."

We should also add a line about 'you can tell us what you were doing when this happened by going to x'

If there's a clean way to include in the wording about the error, please ask them to report date/time the error happened, because in most cases django will generate an error email that might help us troubleshoot.
