'do over' and 'shuffle' functions implemented carefully to differentiate #29

If we go ahead with this for launch... Current results page text says 'Start Over', ' Save Results', 'Refresh Results', 'Rearrange Results' - they might need tool tips to explain them, especially so people don't accidentally reload when they mean to rearrange. It'd be good to get input on these labels in the QA/testing process.
