Natural Language Toolkit, Requests - Apache2 - fine.

• [ ] DBPedia Spotlight has a sub-bit that requires a copyright license - https://github.com/dbpedia-spotlight/dbpedia-spotlight#licenses - but not convinced we need it.

Beautiful Soup, Isotope, Skeleton.css, simplejson - MIT - fine.

My plan is to add a Licenses.txt file to the top level of the repository (with the README) this week - I'll include these.
