Remove Twitter account from footer #62

Since we don't yet have a Twitter strategy, we probably shouldn't have a Twitter account listed.

People are using the twitter account anyway, is someone monitoring it? And maybe we should add the hashtag for now since people seem to still be checking it?

I've got it on one of my clients so I can watch it a bit. @fontnerd, do you have a good image that I could use as the Avatar? I'm thinking the Hippo with mustache. I'm having a hard time finding that asset in the repo though.
