link to title not institution? #65

I thought at some point we had discussed linking to the individual item via the title of the individual item. Using the institution name makes it look like the user will go to the institution page, which is not always true when you consider the flickr commons results.

We can put in logic to say 'x on Flickr Commons' for that instance?
