Set up DNS so that all variants of serendipomatic.org point to the AWS server as well as www.$domain #98

Is it possible to get a dev/test url, or is not worth the money? Something under one of the existing serendipomatic/chnm domains would be fine if that is easier/cheaper. It looks like we will be able to setup travis-ci + heroku as a continuous integration system, would be nice if it were not an auto-generated heroku url.

Domains are cheap, or maybe we could sub-domain it? dev.s etc. Can you have domains on free heroku accounts?

It looks like we can use custom domains with free heroku sites. Info at https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/custom-domains

I've set up a dev auto-deploy instance at this url for now: http://dev-serendipomatic.herokuapp.com/
