Not all THATCamps have BootCamps; checkbox needs to be removable #12

The public registration form includes the "Interested in BootCamp" checkbox, which isn't necessary for THATCamps that don't have BootCamps, making the plugin less usable for such THATCamps.

Fixed this issue in commit 39a3bd05161744d10f7578be949bd7d3eacdb729, which just removed the bootcamp field altogether. Would be better for this plugin to just let individual events manage bootcamp registrations/interest separately.
