Merge with THATCamp Profile Fields #37

I think this plugin should probably be merged with the THATCamp Profile Fields plugin - https://github.com/chnm/thatcamp-profile-fields. If not, then this issue should actually be an issue on the THATCamp Profile Fields repo.

Do you still want these merged? It'll mess with anyone who is using one of the plugins but not the other - do you know if there is anyone who is doing that?

There's no one who's not using both -- they're both must-use plugins on thatcamp.org. So do please merge them.

OK, I've merged it. I'm going to remove the Profile Fields plugin on the thatcamp.org codebase, to avoid seeing duplicate fields.
