Delete applications #67

In testing other features, I've added dummy applications. Seems like adding a way to delete an application would be useful? Could delete individual ones, and add a delete as a bulk action.

The "Spam" button does delete applications, and actually that's all it does -- it doesn't report people to a spam database or anything. Maybe just rename that button "Delete"?
