display of repeatable relation fields in custom columns #521

I have several repeatable relation fields which work fine with my hand-made 
template.
eg. I have list of places and the relation field points to posts that are 
related to that certain place.

by adjusting the user backend with the custom column feature of cctm I wanted 
to display these related posts in a column of the place-list. A correctly 
labeled column was created but it displays the name of the place and links to 
the place (same as the title column) instead of showing and linking the related 
posts.

I tried different output filters without any change of the output result in the 
column.

This involves some really advanced parts of the code and some really inflexible 
parts of WP, so I'm not surprised if something in here broke.  Investigating...

Will have to revisit this in Github refactor.  Perhaps there needs to be an 
option to support a true join table.
