1. Write a custom OutputFilters and place it on wp-content/uploads/cctm/filters
(following the instructions on the wiki page)

What is the expected output?
Show the custom filter in "Default Output Filter" menu
What do you see instead?
Nothing
Does the problem continue if you disable all other plugins? (plugin
conflicts cause a LOT of problems, so please isolate the problem)
The other plugins are not related to the use of Custom Content Type Manager
