Application Crash when using Help #3

When using the application in full screen, and then typing help, and closing the help window, it causes the application to crash. The user then have to force quit the app to use it again.

Rationale for severity: This is of high severity due to the users having to open the help window multiple times during their initial uses, as they are unfamiliar with the commands. Them having to open and close the help window multiple times should be expected and should not lead to the app crashing.

Steps to recreate the bug. System: MacOS Step 1: Open the application in full screen Step 2: Enter the command help Step 3: The help window should open in full screen. Close the help window.

Repeat Steps 2 & 3 if needed. It could take more than 1 times to close the help window.

Unable to provide video due to file size being too large, but the video is available.

Reason for disagreement: This is a very common bug (found in many other teams as well), that can be found whenever the application uses pop-up window. I believe that the team has not followed the steps closely to reproduce the bug. The bug has to reproduced on a system running MacOS. Furthermore, the steps may have to be repeated to reproduce the bug. I have a video showcasing the bug, but unable to upload due to the size limit allowed by Catcher, and was unable to upload to Google Drive and provide the link due to the limitation of PE. The following link is the video to prove the bug.

This bug is `severity.High` since it causes the application to crash, upon using the `help` command, which is mostly used by new users.
