add tetra scrolls quests, or shop #362

aparently katana and murasama scrolls are crafted but don't appear in jei. (supposedly uses for book and quil shows it though)

since these are arguably the strongest weapons in the pack, maybe keep the recipe hidden but we should hint at it somehow maybe with a quest or something

to expand on this, I think it would be nice to make some quests for tetra scrolls or else add them to the shop and reduce finding them as dungeon loot. since you often find a lot of them so you end up with duplicates but may still struggle to find the one you actually want

finding them as dungeon loot is actually the worst. feel like they only really how up in the necropolis/underground graveyard structure too. shop def would be really nice
