Imma work on this for a patch, its really stupid how the config works just lemme do it

"Hey I just wanted to update, another player showed me a command that worked for me. [/data modify entity CMDBLOCKIDHERE Health set value 0] kills the command block and the storm but there may be a chance that the star doesnt drop"

Try implementing this fix possibly via ftbquests, "execute if ws(nbt=phase 9) data modify..."

This is assuming /kill command block doesnt work which iirc it did for some but not all
