Make better totems compatible - testing, well meet again spiderman #91

I want to add a totem cooldown to all the totems. Better totems adds a cooldown just to undying, but not modded ones. THis has been the only issue i havent been able to get working after trying to fix it. I tried for a month. Crafttwearer, kubejs, datapacks made by digging into the mod- doesnt work. Best i could do was with a datapack make the modded totems also go into the charm slot. But they still dont have cooldowns.
