Integrate shield expansion more #96

Shield expansion was added to 1. be a mainline material, old reliable version of the shield to be the easy option compared to the thirty shield alternatives. 2. I like parrying and it nerfing blocking to go on cooldown after being hit x times, making combat more fast paced. Tetra shields ignore this. Pls integrate @guyperson0 @GildedToxin

Soul said theres a version of the shield that adds a cooldown when u get hit x times or drop shield like shield expansion; you could datapack all shields to have this lol. Also make sure it shows up in the tooltip

one thing kinda relevant to this i noticed was the more expensive shields in shield expansion kinda sucked.

like why do they have block more damage but have a bigger cooldown if they just let overflow damage get blocked by the shield anyways.

more thoughts probably needs more testing, definitely think rn the lowest quality shield was the best cause its the shortest cooldown
