Just to set expectations, this PR will most likely not be merged until we are close to shipping a new version of this project.

This is more in case the recipe needs to be updated again before then.

@AdmiringWorm following a conversation with @pauby I am going to move forward with getting this merged in, so that we can say that all repositories are using the same version of Chocolatey.Cake.Recipe.
