NOTE to any maintainers: this is a pip only program, so a dependency on python and installation through pip is necessary. No raw windows binaries are available for download.

It's open several years, and I don't think chocolatey is fit for managing python packages.

There are quite a few packages that use Python pip. But I agree, maybe not ideal.

I'll re-open this back up again as I don't think it hurts to continue to offer it up for maintainers.
